Thank you for choosing to reach for your stretch goal with the Great Canadian Yoga Stretch!

There are many ways you can get involved. It's easy, simply:

Register online to take part in the first ever Great Canadian Yoga Stretch. Fundraising online with your personal page is the simplest way to go-but you can also download our pledge form to collect donations offline.

Declare your "stretch goal." It can be anything from finishing your first yoga class to doing a 30-day yoga challenge or mastering a headstand - it's all up to you! Use your personal fundraising page, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to let your friends, family and coworkers know about your goal and how they can support you. Keep reaching out to your network for donations throughout the month as you work to achieve your stretch goal.
