Some goal ideas include: learning some poses and working your way up to a whole class, tackling a 30-day challenge or mastering a headstand.

Register for the Great Canadian Yoga Stretch. And on May 1, get started on achieving your stretch goal. Achieve targeted levels of fundraising and become eligible to earn amazing prizes! Join us on Sunday, May 30 as we close the campaign with special yoga celebration events across Canada.
